- Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
Hi, I'm Laura.
I’m a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who believes that families deserve knowledgeable, compassionate care, and the space to make feeding decisions that work for them.
I provide evidence-based support that is individualized to each parent and baby. My approach is collaborative: we’ll work together to understand what’s happening, explore your options, and create a plan that feels realistic and right for your family.
It’s an honor to support parents during such an important, and often overwhelming, transition. My goal isn’t simply to help you feed your baby; it’s to help you feel heard, capable, and supported along the way.
How I can help
Prenatal Lactation Support
Prepare for breastfeeding with practical information about what to expect, feeding basics, position and latch, and a plan that fits your goals.
Newborn & Early Breastfeeding
Help with latch and positioning, painful feeding, feeding frequency, milk transfer, weight concerns, and building confidence.
Returning to Work
A practical plan for pumping, milk storage, maintaining supply, and transitioning between breastfeeding and bottles.
Ongoing Lactation Support
Follow-up care to troubleshoot as things change and adjust your plan as your baby grows.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to feeding a baby.
Your goals, your baby, your health, your schedule, and your family all matter. My role is to provide evidence-based information, listen to your concerns, and help you understand your options.
No judgment. No pressure. Just knowledgeable, individualized support.
